Not happy with your purchase? Request a refund within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@billofsale.app from the address you used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt or order ID if you have it. We process refunds within 2 business days and credit back to your original payment method — banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
What's refundable
- Single Download (€4.99): full refund within 7 days of purchase, regardless of whether you downloaded.
- Day Pass (€9.99): full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Monthly Pro (€14.99/month): full refund on your first month if requested within 7 days. After that, cancel anytime — you keep access until your current billing period ends, but no pro-rated refund on the unused portion.
- Lifetime (€49.99): full refund within 7 days of purchase.
When refunds are not issued
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date (except for clear billing errors).
- Monthly Pro renewals after the first month — cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding to avoid payment). We reserve the right to decline refunds we judge to be in bad faith.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel Monthly Pro any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep pro access until then.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us first — we'll almost always refund without argument. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us costs us fees and may result in your account being deactivated.
