Georgia Form MV-1 — Bill of Sale
Georgia Form MV-1 is the Motor Vehicle Title Application used by the buyer to transfer a vehicle title at the county tag office. While Georgia does not publish a separate official bill of sale form, buyers and sellers should prepare a written bill of sale documenting the sale alongside the MV-1.
